In the Face of Stagnant or Declining Revenues

If you are someone who makes or influences decisions about your organizations’ budget, the Office of Health Disparities Reduction is offering a free training for you. Learn how to consider a range of responses when confronted with current and projected revenue shortfalls, apply values and perspectives, analyze the benefits and costs, and how to present decisions made to your stakeholders.
