Job Summary
The University of Utah oversees a Mobile Health Prevention & Education Clinic whose mission is to reduce diabetes and other chronic illnesses in Utah communities through screenings, health coaching, nutrition education, and connections to health and social services.
The Office of Wellness and Integrative Health seeks a Clinical Dietitian to assist in the development and implementation of innovative nutrition-based wellness and health promotion programs, clinical nutrition services, to supervise staff and volunteers, and to provide preventive screening, education, and outreach to vulnerable populations. This position splits time working on a mobile vehicle that travels to various communities primarily in the Salt Lake Valley and in an office at the University of Utah.
