The last day to submit questions regarding the application is February 13, 2020. Please submit all questions to Brad Belnap via email at bradbelnap@utah.gov before 5:00pm on the 13th.
The submission deadline for applications is February 26, 2020 at 5:00pm MST. Please submit your application through the UCAN website.
