SLVHD-Tobacco Prevention & Control Mini-Grant RFP

The Salt Lake Valley Health Department (SLVHD) is seeking proposals from community-based organizations located in Salt Lake County. Proposals must show how beliefs surrounding tobacco effect tobacco use and exposure to secondhand smoke among specific population in Salt Lake County. Proposals will be due by 1:00 P.M on Wednesday, June 27, 2012. An outline of the RFP and a checklist with directions has been attached in this email.
