Position Description:     

JOB SUMMARY

Provides specialized nutritional counseling, medical nutrition therapy and follow-up for medically nutritionally compromised clients.  Develops, plans and provides nutrition education.  Determines eligibility of clients in the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program.  Promotes, supports and educates breastfeeding women.  Preference may be given to applicants bilingual in Spanish/English. Bilingual applicants are required to read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently.
