Healthy Salt Lake Healthy Salt Lake is a collaborative effort to help Salt Lake County become the healthiest county in the nation by strengthening the whole public health system. Healthy Salt Lake is leading the development and implementation of a Community Health Improvement Plan in Salt Lake County and created workgroups to implement each priority area.
