Who:Open to ALL uninsured children (17 yrs or younger) in Summit and Wasatch Counties. Join us for a FREE cleaning & dental exam.** You must make an appointment to be seen. Call 435.333.1850 to schedule.
** You must be a Summit/Wasatch County resident currently without health insurance to be seen at People's Health Clinic. Please bring a bill or drivers license with your current address.
