Diabetes 101:Resources for Community Health Workers

Community Health Workers (CHWs) are trusted, knowledgeable frontline public health workers who typically come from the communities they serve. The Standards of Medical Care in Diabetes of the American Diabetes Association® highlights the importance of CHWs in diabetes prevention and management, especially among underserved communities.  This webinar will provide valuable information and resources for CHWs working in the clinical and community setting.
