Molina Healthcare Community Champions Award

Molina Healthcare of Utah recognized six community heroes at its fifth annual Community Champions Awards on Wednesday, May 8.  This annual event is celebrated at a dinner hosted by Molina Healthcare at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center. This year, we are proud to recognize Utah Department of Health, Tribal Health Liaison Melissa Zito, was honored for her professional and volunteer work with Utah's tribal community. OHD's own Jake Fitisemanu was a recipient of this award in 2012.

Each winner is nominated by a community-based organization and also received a $1000 grant to give to a deserving nonprofit organization as part of his/her award.
