State Primary Care Grant Program Orientation Sessions

Dear Prospective Applicants,

The Utah Office of Primary Care and Rural Health (OPCRH), State Primary Care Grant Program (SPCGP), will be accepting grant applications from agencies to support health care access to underserved and underinsured individuals in urban and rural Utah.

Two orientation sessions will be offered for those interested in applying to the State Primary Care Grant Program. Attendance is not required for your application to be considered.

The grant application package will be posted on our website on the week of March 14, 2016.
