·         The successful applicant will be required to travel to various clinics throughout Salt Lake County.

JOB SUMMARY

Provides individual and group nutrition education, determines client’s nutritional risk assessment assigns and issues appropriate food packages, promotes, supports and educates breastfeeding women.  Provides referrals to other agencies, documents interventions, goals and progress toward meeting these needs.
